Cara Clements MOTR/L

Cara Clements has been a licensed Occupational Therapist since her graduation from Bay Path University in 2015. She has lived and worked in many states including Oregon, New Hampshire and Connecticut. Cara’s clinical experience includes sensory pediatric, outpatient private practice, and hospital based care. Within these settings, she has experience working with sensory integration, neuro-developmental techniques, executive functioning, fine motor skills, acute care conditions, and myofascial release, a particular passion. Cara has a passion for educating and empowering all aged clients to help them meet their goals to live happy healthy lives.

Cara specializes in myofascial release for both adults and children. This gentle hands on approach treats fascial restrictions and its impact on body movement. It has been highly effective in treating pelvic imbalances, improving tone, balancing movement patterns, regulation, and much more.

In her spare time, Cara enjoys exploring the great outdoors through kayaking, and hiking. She also enjoys woodworking, and spending time with her family and numerous animals.
