Sharon Pinchera, OTR/L
Sharon is a registered and licensed occupational therapist with extensive experience spanning private clinics, hospitals, public and private schools, and early intervention. Since receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire, she has devoted more than 20 years to maximizing the quality of life for her clients of all ages. It was during her time at UNH, in both an independent study working with a child with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder and in a study abroad program volunteering on a brain injury unit in a London hospital, where she was ultimately inspired to immerse herself in the art and science of occupational therapy.

Her continuing education and certifications include functional visual development and vision therapy working collaboratively with developmental optometrists, SIPT (Sensory Integration and Praxis Test) Certification, Integrated Listening Systems (iLs), Therapeutic Listening, Interactive Metronome, Handwriting Without Tears, and manual and integrative therapy techniques including Radiant Child Yoga, Reflex Integration, Universal Reflexology, and Upledger Institute Level 1 Craniosacral Therapy,
Sharon is dedicated to educating and collaborating with families and other specialists. She utilizes careful observation, patience, and creativity to continuously develop the “just right challenge” within therapy sessions while setting the stage for growth in the many occupations in the life of each child.
